Early Days

We have signed our contracts to start building our dream home. We are building the Denver 36 and I can not wait! After reading another woman's blog on her Denver build, I thought I would share my experience too as I got so much out of hers.
Here is a copy of the floor plan of our house.
We have mad a couple of variations, like the walk in linen and we extended the garage and bedroom area. Total house size comes closer to 38 squares now.

The building permit and fiancé are going through now and once both are approved we will get our start date. I am sooo excited!
